Four ways in. All of them include fast Wi-Fi, a high-speed copier and printer, and coffee.
Private Office — $650 to $1,300/mo
Your own lockable room with a door that closes. Five offices, each priced on its own merits — the smallest is $650, the corner room with the windows is $1,300. Unlimited conference room time. Round-the-clock access, and you can use 301 W State St as your business address.
Only five exist. When they’re gone, they’re gone.
Dedicated Desk — $350/mo
Your desk, in the shared back office. Same desk every day, your monitor stays where you left it, and a locking cabinet underneath for the things you’d rather not haul home. Unlimited conference room time. Round-the-clock access.
Two available.
Flex Pass — $250/mo
A seat in the back office whenever you need one, on a first-come basis. Good if you’re in two or three days a week and don’t need a room of your own. 4 hours of conference room time each month.
Honest note: we sell more flex passes than we have flex desks, because most people don’t come in every day. It works — but on a packed Tuesday you might be the one who has to sit somewhere else. If you need a guaranteed seat, take a dedicated desk.
Day Pass — $50/day
Drop in when there’s room. A desk, Wi-Fi, coffee, and one hour of conference room time. No commitment, no membership, no conversation about your goals.

Hours
Front desk: Monday–Friday, 9 to 5.
Building access for offices and dedicated desks: any hour you like.
There’s no one at the desk at 11pm on a Saturday — but if that’s when you work, the door still opens for you.
The conference room
One real conference room — long table, four chairs, a large TV for the calls where someone insists on screen sharing, and a whiteboard.
Offices and dedicated desks book it as much as they want. Flex passes get four hours a month. Day passes get an hour.
Location
You’re not in an office park off the highway. Goodwork is at 301 W State Street, in the middle of downtown Black Mountain — so the coffee run, the lunch break, and the thing you keep meaning to drop off at the post office are all a short walk from your desk.
